Returns and complaints

Product Returns

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the moment of receiving the parcel to withdraw from the agreement and return the goods without giving any reason.

How to make a return?

  1. Download, print, and fill out the withdrawal form.
  2. Safely pack the returned product along with the completed form.
  3. Send the package to the following address:

Complaints

If the purchased product turned out to be defective or not as ordered, we will be happy to help you solve this problem. Please use the following complaint procedure:

  • Notification – Contact us by sending an e-mail to: shop@artandroll.pl.
  • Problem description – Provide the order number, describe the defect, and attach photos of the damage (if available). This will significantly speed up the process.
  • Instructions – We will respond to your notification as soon as possible and provide further steps regarding the possible shipment of the complained goods.
